Uni for home sushi?

I am hoping to make a killer donburi bowl with uni, ikura, and scallops at home. Any recommendations on the best place to get uni currently? New Deal doesn't have it now. I've walked into Sakanaya but didn't buy anything, so I don't know how good it is for uni. I bought it at Reliable Market previously, but it wasn't very fresh, so I had to make it into a pasta sauce. Haven't been to Sea to You. Although I've read reviews on all these places, I find it hard to know if the uni specifically is good because the turnover for uni is lower than for salmon or tuna. Thanks so much for the input!

I've bought uni at both H Mart and Sakanaya on a few occasions and both were fine, but I haven't purchased it frequently enough to say whether that is always the case.

Ebisuya in Medford has great seafood for sashimi/sushi.
