restaurant recommendation for 1 person who eats pork and 2 extremely healthy eaters?

Trying to pick a restaurant in Manhattan for a family reunion dinner with a relative who lives in the middle east and two relatives who are extremely healthy eaters (mostly fish or grilled lean meats or salads.) The one who lives in the middle east asked for pork.

Flexible on area and price range--a little upscale is preferred.

Westville might work, if you're OK with casual and cozy. Have taken friends there who are on restricted diets and they can get a plain grilled chicken and 2 vegetable sides. But they also have burgers, hot dogs, mac and cheese, etc. and a pork chop entree. It's healthy without feeling like you're in a quick service/take out restaurant.

Lincoln has a great pork chop as well as salads, fish and grilled lean meats.

Non heritage pork is the leanest, driest meat on the market right now. Lean meat isn't healthier, especially from big commercial producers, but that's a whole other topic.

Rouge Tomate was the first place that came to mind, but I don't see pork on the menu at the moment. Next place was Telepan -- not sure why, maybe because the chef is so involved in developing healthy menus for schools? -- anyway, there is pork on that menu, so you might want to check it out.

Boulud Sud always has a couple of grilled fish dishes on the menu and whenever I've been there, the suckling pig has also been offered. You might want to check to make sure about the pig.
