Verjus???

I must have seen a recipe for a drink with Verjus & I ordered it from our local wine guy. I don't know what to do with it now. Help??

  1. Makes great dressings& vinaigrettes. Use it to deglaze a pan in place of wine.

    1. Verjus Sour
      2 oz Gin
      1 oz Verjus
      1 tsp simple syrup
      Splash of club soda
      Serve on the rocks, nice with a fruit garnish.

      You can definitely play with the sweet component. St. Germain, Luxardo, Cointreau, Chartreuse etc........
