Recommendation for an electric wok with non-toxic surface?
A stove top (flat bottom) wok would work, too, but electric is preferred. Would be used solely for stir frying meat and veggies. Thanks...
Consider, at least look at, a Lodge cast iron wok. I bought mine on sort of a whim, and I just love it.

Does not, and has never, stuck
Gets way hot, plenty of room to push things up the sides to cool
Well it really is heavy (I don't find it unmanageable)
Takes up a lot of room due to size
Price has gone way up in recent years
