Why? I'd be traveling. And building my custom home. How much money do you need.

Her net worth is 10mil and Im guessing mostly tied into stocks of her companies. She currently has a 2 million dollar house. She can sell the house and survive but there won't be any money for building custom homes and travelling the globe at the level of luxury she is likely used to. Then again, considering how she cooks, she might only need to plan a 1 year retirement plan.. :)

I keep hearing reports that she's only worth 15 million and I find That really hard to believe.

Maybe she does business off the books?

I think she was ranked 4th in wealthy chefs behind Wolfgang, Gordon and Rachael.

Regarding the second job offer...a classic example of rule 34.

Ah heck, I thought that DWTS is an abbreviation for a kinky sex variant. Now I have found out otherwise

Pastrami is the most sensual of all the salted cured meats, you know.
