Haven't found or tried it yet but it allegedly is in my state!

Didn't think too much of the pretzel dog, but the bacon/cheese dog on the pretzel bun is pretty tasty

Had one last night at the east norriton location in Penna. Sat outside at one of the tables and sipped on a cherry limeade and had spoonfuls of a fudge lava cake sundae between bites of the dog. I liked it a lot and would get it again. I have to admit that I had low expectations and I was pretty hungry. Eating the dog at the same time as the sundae might have helped with the saltiness.
At my sonic the dog did not appear on the menu and I had to ask for it. But they offer it plain or with bacon and cheese. I think I saw a new kraut dog and I wonder if I could customize my pretzel dog with chili or kraut.

Tried it, the salt content was mouth puckering. Couldn't get past it. I love pretzel breads, too.

I think they're more on the West Coast, but Wienerschnitzel has been offering a pretzel bun for any their hot dogs for awhile now.

Is it a pretzel bun? Here in Philadelphia, pretzel dogs are wrapped in dough and baked.

I have seen it and it is a pretzel bun. I doubt I would get it as a pretzel bun but may have it was wrapped and baked like the Auntie Annie ones.

I was at the Sonic in Willow Grove last night, and it is definitely a bun. It is probably awful, but some part of me wants to try the one with wiz and bacon.
