OK, I *loved* reading Max Silvestri's take on the Top Chef cruise. And I especially loved that he kept a diary of everything he ate/drank for 4 days. It was a LOT! LOL

And while I'd never go on one of these cruises, seeing Hubert Keller DJ would have made the entire cruise worthwhile. ;-)

Max's consumption diary really is a thing to behold.

"He was angry, and I was nervous; sitting across the dinner table from a furious stranger in a Hawaiian shirt holding a knife and a cocktail is disconcerting."

I miss Max when TC isn't airing.

I resemble that remark. Forgot the boat shoes.

Now I'm thinking half of the people on the cruise were there specifically to write about the cruise.

I'm waiting to read the blog entries on the Paula Deen Cruise this fall.... providing they don't also drop her.

Not likely. The next one is sold out, and they are rapidly selling out for 2014. I imagined the entire Deen family perpetually sailing the Caribbean when I read that.
