First time at Drew's

  • 8

Going to Drew's Bayshore Bistro for the first time. Everything sounds so good. So, what MUST I have?

this thread on Drew's is a good place to start your reading. You can't go wrong with Tom's take on Drew's menus.
The menus are tweaked but I've never been disappointed just heading in the doors and ordering.

I've read all the threads. The problem is that I'd need to order four appetizers and six entrees (at least) to get all the recommendations. Not that that would be so bad. :)

I'm thinking maybe Voodoo shrimp and gumbo, but there's so much more that sounds great.

And eb, I plan to follow your fine recommendation.

cantkick, you really can't go wrong..and if the kitchen is offering a special or two...don't necessarily want to steer you in the direction of items on the menu only. If this is your virgin flight, order in the moment-and enjoy!

      2. Voodoo shrimp and the Chocolate Caramel Pretzel tart.

        1. Our favorite is whatever Pork tenderloin special he has on the menu that evening. You cannot go wrong with it.

          1. Voodoo Shrimp and the pork special. That's what I had Saturday... and Sunday morning!

            1. Voodoo shrimp is a must for your first time. My suggestion is for all in your party to get something different and sample it all. Enjoy,I know we always do :)
