Best 24-hr Eats between NYC & Philadelphia

Friends are helping my husband and I move his stuff from NYC to Philadelphia on Saturday night. We want to buy them dinner, and so I was thinking up closer to NYC might be better. However, some place really great closer to central NJ could be worked. I'm guessing it will end up being a diner, but we are open to all possibilities. Even a place with great bar food, as long as they will still be serving around midnight-1am. Advice, please?

I know Mastori's well...I used to go there regularly, but it's been over a decade. What is good there now?

Skylark diner in Edison is the answer! Full bar, superior food (the former owner of the Ryland Inn consulted on their menu a couple of years ago), and I just checked...open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. It's on Rt 1--VERY easy off of the NJ Turnpike.
