Indy Downtown Coffee

Is there a good coffee place walking distance from the conference center

a la Blue Bottle etc

The kind of place that says espresso and cappuccino for here only :)

    Sorry for the late reply. As I'm sure you found, there aren't any. Not really. There's a plethora of Starbucks around the convention center, but that's it. Cafe Patachou in the Simon Building at Capital and Washington has good coffee, but it's really a restaurant/cafe. There's a place at Ohio and Illinois called Cups that I have never been to. But that's a hike.

    With a car, you have Henry's on East St (East St & Walnut). My favorite is Calvin Fletcher, on Virginia (at Stevens St).

    Indy is fully into the beer scene at the moment. Artisan coffee will be a few more years I think.

      Since I was back last ~ 3 years - it seems that they have really embraced the craft cocktail scene, some really good rum lists and a few dedicated spots to good cocktails, looking forward to checking them out

      Cocktails are more fun than coffee anyway :)
