Hungry Celeste Jun 26, 2013 08:15 AM

Road trippin' to H-town over the July 4th holiday, and I'd like to have dim sum while in town. I'm specifically interested in lo mai gai (rice, other stuff in a lotus leaf). Any recs? TIA.

Fung's Kitchen is renowned for its "all the time" dim sum. I'm not a fan of dim sum but I go for the outstanding Peking Duck. Here's a DS menu:

      Fung's is my favorite also.

Golden Palace is usually highly regarded as well.

We went to Ocean Palace pretty regularly for years, but I haven't been in a while now.

Kim Son on Bellaire is good also.
