Pan-fried LAKE perch [Southeast Wisconsin]

Is there anywhere in the southeast area of Wisconsin still serving pan-fried lake (NOT OCEAN) perch?

    Frank,

    If you mean Milwaukee, the Milwaukee Ale House had lake perch and walleye(yum) on the menu for their Friday fry as of about March.

    There is a ton of small joints outside of Milwaukee that still have locally caught awesome fish. There's a very small shed 30 minutes out of town that still has all you can eat walleye or bass for $8 with all the trimmings!
