Has anyone ever made Galleygirl's pear tart with strawberries?
From reading the posts, it sounds like strawberries would work well, as they call for really ripe, juicy pears.
Let us know if you try it.
My question is...how important is it to have a 8 inch springform. I have a 9 inch (I think). Just less cooking time?
I can't wait for Harry and David pear season!
