Red Wine Suggestion for a Farm & Fisherman Dinner

Heading to a first-time dinner at the Farm & Fisherman in a few weeks and would appreciate some guidance on a red wine choice. The white is my date's choice - either a Meursault or a Chassagne-Montrachet, with no discussion necessary!!! Since the menu changes so often, I'm not sure about the red choice and am looking for some help from the CH's.

    How about making it an all burg dinner and going with a red burgundy. Generally food friendly.
