Cuban friends over for dinner - I have pork loin in the freezer. What to make?
It's a weeknight so it can't be TOO complicated. But I could start a marinade or a brine tonight. Dinner is tomorrow. Suggestions??
Roasted pork tenderloin with red chile jelly and goat cheese
Pan fried or grilled pork chops
Chicken fried pork chops
Sweet and sour pork with white rice
I wouldn't worry about making something Cuban. I'd just make what you're good at and what you like.
Sear and bake (if more cooking needed) whole to medium. Whatever you'd like as far as seasoning or rub.
Or- slice and pound thin to make fried cutlets.
