lao dong bei- veggie dishes- tips

heading to lao dong bei again this week and one of the people joining us doesnt eat meat or fish or seafood- but generally doesnt question a broth

what can you guys suggest in terms of your veggie dishes

    Tiger salad, "three fresh earth" (I don't know how they call it in English), dried bean curd with pepper. I know Fu Run much better.

      shoelace, three fresh earth contains eggplant, potato and bell pepper. Look for 地三鮮 on the menu to try it out.

        i know in some places the tiger salad has dried shrimp, any clue if thats the case there?

            tiger salad and chinese cabbage with garlic were both delicious!

            one of the people at the table had something called cold special dish- can someone ask whats in it?
