Manon in Lambertville
we dined here earlier this year and had a great dinner. I enjoyed a country pate' to start then a perfectly cooked rack of lamb. It was our first time here, but the other couple we were with are frequent diners here and recommended it highly.
Our dinner was on a Feb or March Sunday so there were only a couple other parties. The place reminded me of a classic French country bistro. Been around forever, very comfortable in it's ways and has a strong local following. I've read others complain that Manon is cramped and noisy. That may be the case on Fri/Sat but I found the room much more comfortable that Brian's, D'Floret or others in town.
One waiter handled the room expertly and we were well taken care of. We look forward to returning.
A few notes - it's byob, cash only and calling for a reservation is highly recommended.
