I saw this on the news and don't know what to make of it. Is it a joke?? Is it just for publicity?? Have these guys come up with the most ingenious plan to sell food?? Is this the stupidest thing anyone has every done??

The Burrito Bomber. Yes, that's right folks, now you too can have a tasty Mexican wrap delivered to you no matter where you are!!

I would love to give this a whirl but alas, live no where near.

  1. I would love to try it, also. The problem is that the best burritos are made in 'hole-in-the-wall' Mexican joints and I doubt they could afford such an elaborate delivery system whereas the big chains serving mediocre American style burritos can.

    1. Not a joke, delivery drones just not legal yet.
"Unfortunately, Burrito Bomber as a commercial product is not yet allowed under current FAA guidelines. However, the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 requires the FAA to hammer out regulations for commercial use drones by September 2015. This means in 2015 we'll be able to take to the skies to bring you your burrito faster than you can say "¡Salsa roja por favor!". Good luck to their business model. :)

I would help if they could sell carbon credits to corporations that use human operated cars to deliver like products.

Wonder how many types of burrito they will have?
