Here is a great discussion which is going give you lots of ideas in center city and outside center city...

Not sure whether you are looking for locations or foods to eat..

Reading Terminal Market is a must in there you have so many choices you could just tour the market... millers twist, dutch eating place, dinics, salumeria, terminis could be five right there
Capogiro would be another stop for me for some great gelato
    Tinto or Jamonera for Tapas
A burger from Dandelion, Village Whisky or Good Dog
Federal Donuts for fried chicken and doughnuts

Thanks for the help. I agree with Reading Terminal for food. You cant go wrong with the options.

I'm hoping to find more places like Monks Café. Great beer and food options.

I had a Village Whiskey burger last week and it was impressive. If you like a lot of meat, this is the burger for you.

Good call with Federal Donuts. I was only there once but it was really good and I'm not much of a fried chicken guy.
