ISO biscuit-base, decadent cheesecake-y recipe

Does anyone have a recipe for a biscuit base (choc or not) no-bake recipe for something similiar to cheesecake but not cheesecake? The higher the dairy/fat content the better, chocolate or vanilla. Sour cream as an ingredient would be great but not 100% necessary. Thanks!

  1. From my grandmother. Always made with graham cracker base at our home but you could use biscuit/shortbread cookie crushed as the base if you want.

    Refrigerator Cheesecake

    1 large can (12 oz) evaporated milk (chilled) – (1 ½ c. milk also works ok)
    1 small package lemon jello
    1 Cup hot water
    1 small package (4 oz) cream cheese
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    8 graham crackers

    Mix jello and water in 1st bowl. Let partially set.
    Crush graham crackers at pat into bottom of 8 inch x 8 inch pan. Reserve a few cracker crumbs to sprinkle on top of the cheesecake.
    Cream together sugar & cream cheese in 2nd bowl. Whip milk in 3rd (largest) bowl. Add cheese mixture and jello. Add 2 tsp. vanilla and whip until light & flufffy.
    Pour whipped mixture gently over the graham cracker base. Put a few cracker crumbs on top.

    Chill 8-12 hours (overnight).

    Top with (canned) pie filling – cherry is excellent.
