I'm no vegan or vegetarian but Costco's frozen portabella strips should appeal to either group. They're dense, "meaty" and flavorful; easily heated in a microwave or on the stovetop, just a great flavor/texture profile.
What area of the US are you in? Not all Costco's carry the same items - but we will certainly be on the lookout for this one. Thanks for posting!
