Any recommendations? I'm willing to travel within a 50 mile radius.

  1. If you are willing to eat on a Sunday, I have enjoyed it at Bluestem. Its a mainstay on their brunch menu and they serve it with greens.

For a more pedestrian version, but quite passable, I have eaten it at several of the First Watches in the KC area. They have a florentine variation with spinach as well as a turkey and avocado variation.

    1. It is not the traditional benedict, but the steak benedict at Webster House in KC is really wonderful. It is a tenderloin on a potato pancake with spinach and hollandaise. Very rich but delicious when I had it there. I think brunch is only on Sunday.

      1. My breakfast there was two years ago . . . 119th Street Diner in Olathe. The menu now has 18 kinds of eggs benedict.
