Lunch in East Valley

lawyerbriefs Jun 14, 2013 06:05 PM

Traveling between the Musical Instrument Museum--4800 block of east Mayo Blvd.--and east Mesa on Saturday afternoon. Lunch ideas, please. Price not an issue. Not looking for a fancy meal, but quality food a must. Having a glass of wine a nice additional feature. No Asian food; anything else works.

The restaurant at the MIM actually gets positive reviews, but if you're looking for something else, depending on your route, Andreoli would fit the bill without taking you too far off the freeway.

If you have time to make a detour west from the 101, you could hit a place in Old Town/Downtown Scottsdale. FnB, Brat Haus, and The Mission all have Saturday lunch hours, but (I think) FnB shuts down from 2:30 to 5:00.
