Just found out about this place after living very close to if for a number of years, and am going to surprise my wife with some of his chocolates.

Can anyone recommend what a real stand-out of his might be?

OMG Seriously, everything is terrific. I think my personal favorites have to be the salted caramels. There's a Grey Sea Salt one that is ridiculously rich and delicious. Frankly, I haven't had anything from there that I haven't liked. Your wife is in for a treat.
