It's in the Sunset district Had some wonderful gumbo, mussels, catfish and shrimp at the Craw Station restaurant. It's on 9th between Irving and Judah. Not a large place but excellent food and warm service. Give it a try!

    1336 9th Avenue
    SF
Open daily from 4 to 10 PM

We enjoyed crawfish, catfish, shrimp, calamari, fried chicken wings, gumbo, garlic noodles, okra. Such deliciousness! I think the standouts were the catfish, okra and gumbo. And of course the service.

Wonderful friendly service and great seasoned spicy shrimp, fried catfish, fried okra, fried chicken wing. Dinner only. Go early to avoid long waits and search for parking.

Deep Fried Oreos are a new addition to the menu - it's really a beignet stuffed with oreos - sweet, warm, and absolutely delicious. We always order the mussels & clams.

Garlic Noodles? Are you sure you were at Craw Station and not Crustacean?

Good point, but Crustacean is in the Outer Sunset...

Actually it's on Polk St. You were probably thinking of its sister restaurant, Thanh Long.

Yes, you are right. And I have been to both places, though it was over ten years ago.
