Bedford Post Inn- Barn has a unique Dutch pancake. Big skillet sized pancake. Quite yummy with real maple syrup!

It's been some years since I've ordered them, but City Limits had very good ones.

Wobble Cafe in Ossining has great pancakes--along with their whole breakfast menu.

Also, the Westchester Diner, by Welcher Ave. exit off 9A (near Indian Point) has remarkably good ones.

You have to try On The Way Cafe in Rye - it's on the way to Playland. They have the best pancakes, and often have a pancake special with cannoli cream between the layers. Eggs are awesome, too. Organic and fresh. I just discovered this place about six months ago, and have been telling everyone I know to check it out.

Eldorado Diner on Central Ave, Scarsdale has real Maple syrup if you ask. IHOP is good too but BYO Maple syrup.
