WHAT INGREDIENTS SHOULD I NOT INCLUDE IN HOMEMADE N UNREFRIGERATED SAKAD DRESSINGS

      If you're not going to refrigerate it, you might be better off just making a little bit fresh each time you want salad. That's going to restrict your ingredients quite a bit.

        It must always be refrigerated. You might be able to get away with just oil, vinegar, dried herbs, salt & pepper. No fresh herbs, onion, garlic, dairy.

          a classic French vinaigrette (a spoonful of Dijon mustard whisked into a little vinegar and a sprinkle of herb, then oil drizzled in until it's thick and creamy) has nothing in it that needs refrigeration.

          It tastes better if it's fresh, though.

            a dijon vinaigrette with just oil, vinegar, mustard, s&p, will last about forever. it does not need to be refrigerated at all. everything in it is self-stable.
