Pressure Frying Recipes???
re: c oliver
Hi, c oliver:
You are correct, although the true broaster-type cookers go anywhere from $2,500 to $10,000, as opposed to $250 for a Pressure Magic.
It was my love (and dirty, dirty fetish) for Roadhouse-style broasted chicken that put me on the search to duplicate it at home.
The PM has arrived, and I await only the manual/cookbook to make sure everything is safe. I expect a broasted Monte Cristo and popcorn shrimp will follow the chicken in short order. And I'll report.
I have used fagors pressure magic for about 15 years. Mine came with a cook book that had 10 pages of pressure frying recipes. You may be able to purchase one from the company.

I have only used it for chicken and their recipe turned out great.
