Burma: Rivers of Flavor

The New Persian Kitchen

The Kimchi Cookbook: 60 Traditional and Modern Ways to Make and Eat Kimchi

      Me, I like Everything, and I can only pick 2. I like books with "staying power" I have about 120 now

      I heartily recommend Fish Without a Doubt: The Cook's Essential Companion. It's been COTM twice and people, me included, have the book in rotation at home for it's splendid meals. Here are some links to the recipe reports...


      Burma will be June's COTM. Those who have already cooked from it give pretty good reports...
