Spot Prawns with Soy Sauce: Sea Harbour vs. Koon Bo
I've always liked Koon Bo's CRA-winning sauteed spot prawns with soya sauce. But I see Sea Harbour has since won two CRA awards for their pan-fried spot prawns with soy sauce.
I don't live in Vancouver anymore and can only go to one of the above next week. I haven't tried Sea Harbour but I am sure tempted.
Has anyone tried both? Are they even the same dish (Koon Bo's is pretty moist while in pics Sea Harbour's look, well, fried!)?
