jitlada question

Have had a crispy/fried fish dish a few times at Jitlada - divine. For the life of me, can't remember what it's called. it's NOT a whole fish. it's NOT a fillet. it's more like little jagged pieces with some sort of fried coating. comes in a big delicious pile. anyone know? thanks!

    Is it red? Does it have flash fried basil?

    If so, I know exactly what you're talking about, but I've never been able to remember the name, either. I think the fish might be snapper?

      red-ish. yes flash fried basil. that's it. thanks - lets see if this helps anyone else remember specifics.

      I think that's Plaa Pear...fried red snapper fillets with dried coconut and curry coating and fried basil on top.
