Benicia and downtown Pleasanton

Anybody have any recommendations for an easy lunch in either of these two burghs?

    You've posted twice now and had no replies! I'm also looking for lunch in Benicia -- specifically want good takeout for a picnic. If I get no replies I'll just poke around myself. There's got to be something.

        Thanks. Kinder's Meats and Deli looks possible. It's sort of a chain, but seems to be family run. There are a couple other delis, too. Guess we won't starve.

          Turned out we were in Benicia too early for food, so we ended up getting sandwiches from Gracie's in Vallejo. Not really relevant to this thread, but they were pretty bad. Raisins and pineapple in the coleslaw in the Reuben? With melted cheese? Gah!
