Lobsters on a plane

I am going to New Brunswick in July and would like to bring some lobster home with me...if I remember correctly you can buy it at the airport in Moncton. I can't seem to find any information on how much you can bring back per person...does anyone know? Thanks

  1. I think they have a 15lbs and a 30lbs box. I am sure you can get as few as you wanted and probably up to 60lbs. If they are packed well they can stay alive up to 72 hours.

    1. I don't know about Moncton, but I have brought back lobsters from Halifax - which I bought at the airport. I assume it's the same. You buy a box at the lobster store, into which I was told you can fit up to 10 lobsters. I got only one on my first trip and 4 on the following one. They threw in a package of frozen peas to keep everything nice and cool.
