If you are looking for blue Masa flour etc for making your own tortillas etc you can get this and much more (chipotles and other chilis, tortilla press etc) from Aztec Products in Tullamarine Victoria phone 0393301733. They are wholesalers but are very helpful and if they can't supply you, they can recommend where to get it retail. Worth getting together with some friends to buy and sharing.

Oh cool. Thanks so much for this. Good tip :-)

Do you recall the smallest quantity of masa they will sell?

    Also, I'm curious what you're making ;-)

From 1 kg bags up. They also have many dried spices and seasonings, canned chilli of all types, tortilla presses, salsas, Mexican chocolate and pre made flour or corn tortillas, corn chips, cheeses, guacamole, taco shells and much more. I have a general store and I am getting Mexican stuff for a family that lives here.

Ah, thanks for that - appreciated. Just found their website too.

BTW, if that family is a Mexican family, I'd be hitting them up for some family recipes ;-)

Eg. if you're into seafood, this will knock your socks off:

La Guerrerense's legendary seafood tostada, topped with crab salad, octopus ceviche, fresh coriander, Spanish onions, tomato, and avocado, with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
