Looking for something relatively quick - great food - not expensive - all cuisine considered - we will not have much time so would like the restaurant to be within an 5-6 block walk from the theatre - thanks for the help - our previous go to Thai restaurant before shows has closed now we are in need of a new place!

What day of the week and what time is your show?

What is "not expensive" to you? $40pp before tax, tip, wine/drinks? $30pp? $20pp?

How many people in your party?

Pure Thai Cookhouse is not far.

Overall, I've found Wondee the best Thai place in the neighborhood - the original location, on the east side of 9th Av. between 52nd and 53rd Sts. I'm not completely sure whether I've been to Pure Thai Cookhouse. If it's the place with lots of noodle soups, I wasn't impressed with my one visit so far.

I just saw Assembled Parties last week (matinee) and got a quick lunch at Totto Ramen. Dunno if that's too casual for you.
