Review - Engine No. 9 in St. Pete

LiveRock May 19, 2013 08:59 AM

I was looking for a place to watch the game and Little T. recommended Engine No. 9. Holy cow this place was good! I had one of the best burgers I have had in ages, some perfectly browned tater tots, and a couple of outstanding Abita Restoration Pale Ales while watching the NBA Playoffs on my own private television.

My burger, the "One Bad Pig", was cooked to a perfect medium rare and topped with white cheddar, mustard braised onions, fried pancetta, and garlic roasted pork. What a delicious combination!

My server was not only efficient but quite personable and I was totally amazed at how quick my food was delivered. I cannot recommend Engine No. 9 enough, this will be a regular stop as I travel to the area frequently.

As a footnote I might add that this would be a great stop before a Ray's game. Fast service, great food, and cold beer...a winning combination! Check out the menu here... http://engineno9dtsp.com/menu/

Thanks again Little T!
