Spoilage - Strange Case Or?
Several weeks ago I 'lost' a bag (the light veg type in self-serve markets) of 2 small Zucchini in vestibule of apartment - I found them yesterday (it had fallen behind something).
Ambient temperature was about 20degC the whole time. One Zucchini had turned TOTALLY into water and mush. The other - when rinsed was 'perfect' - I sliced it and still like 'new.'
Clearly am puzzled. -- ?
