Duck Tartare

Does anyone have a good recipe for Duck Tartare or a tartare recipe that I could use with duck? Also, is there any reason that you couldn't use previously frozen duck breasts to make tartare.

      There was a discussion on this particular subject on this board a couple of years go. Duck can be served very rare whereas it is not recommended for chicken. The reason I am looking for recipe ideas is because I have been enjoying duck tartare at different restaurants . Duck processed differently then chicken.

        It can be. We have a least one Restaurant that serves raw Chicken and it is good.
