New pizza place next to Shoprite ~ Marlboro

I noticed a new sign up next to Rosen decorators. I can't recall the name, but it said Pizza and Italian restaurant. Thank God, because there is no where I can find pizza in that

I don't know why they took the spot there and not where the old pizza place was located. (next to the liquor store)

Anyway, just thought I would share this since I saw it today after shopping.

I was shopping in Shop-Rite, and a teenager walked up to me and asked if I wanted a menu for the new place.. which I thought was weird.. soliciting like that.. I wonder if he had store permission?

Anyway, what interested me was that they stated they have gluten free pizza.. but then it's not listed on the menu! Kind of stupid.

Other selections looked typical. A few interesting pizza specials. Otherwise, whatever, yawn. Sorry but Italian food really does not interest me. In fact, it's my least favorite cuisine (and I'm half Italian), probably because I'm gluten free, and most of it is not!

Thanks Marlboro Man! I know they have gluten free at Carlo's Pizza across the way.. I happen to enjoy their regular pizza. I agree about too many Italian American around here...ugghhhh.....

Hey!!! What do you mean too many Italian American's around here?!?!?!?!

ha ha ha!! You made me laugh, jrve!! I meant restaurants, but I got quite the chuckle reading this!! Too funny!!

    2. If you live in Marlboro, make sure you use our Shop Marlboro card!!!

If you look inside where the liquor store WAS, you'll see two HUGE piles of dirt.. it looks like the construction of an indoor motocross track. The Shop-Rite next door is expanding, and the old pizza place was one of the stores they are taking over. So, apparently the other pizza place was not available to them at the time.

The real reason I'm on this thread is to tell you Bella Tino's is no longer. Walked past tonight.. shuttered up tight. I stopped in at the liquor store and they said they had been closed a while.

        1. I did order pizza from them once when we had a bunch of my daughters friends over. I thought the pizza was horrible. It reminded my of the crappy $1 pizza all around NYC these days.
