New branch of QQ Noodle in Cupertino, yay!

We went last night and enjoyed our bowls of noodles in the bustling yet friendly casual atmosphere. Service is fast and courteous.
My wife had egg and vegetable chow mein and found the long hand-pulled noodles were the tastiest ever. I had the leek and egg noodles at medium spiciness -- just great down to the last drop of red oil.

The address is:

Pacific Rim Shopping Center
Cupertino, CA 95014

  1. Gonna check this out. thanks for the notification.

    1. just came here yesterday, and am VERY happy to see biang biang noodles (especially the dry garlic one, #24 I think). we have something similar in Boston but drier (re: at Gene's Flatbread) which I prefer, but I'm not complaining.

we had leftovers which I ate this morning, and there's still some of the garlic and sauce leftover. I'm trying to make my own biang biang noodles at home right now so that I can use it up.

the liang pi noodles with gluten were pretty good too.

I posted about the biang biang noodles I tried at the Milpitas branch.

Would have ordered the liang pi as well, but we noticed how big the serving sizes are.

      2. Finding Shanghai Dumpling in the same strip mall closed, I moved over the QQ Noodle for my first visit to this branch. I loved the Shaanxi liang pi. I enjoyed the rouburger but wasn't crazy about the dense, stiff bun.

Yeah, I had a mixed experience when I checked out out QQ Noodle a few months back as well. Scratched my craving itch, but not completely by any means.
