Ideas to use marinated sweet garlic?
On a recent trip to Southern Italy I purchased some garlic cloves that are vacuum sealed in a bag with some sort of marinade. They are very soft and sweet. I loved the garlic just on some small pieces of bread, but now that I have a small bag full I'm trying to figure out how I can use it? Any ideas? I'm sure this is a typical ingredient in many italian dishes, but aside from Bruschetta I'm at a loss :)
