haven't been back to TC Pastry in awhile ...... got there at 8:30am just as they opened ..... my favorite: sesame ball were still warm ...... very tasty as usual ..... crunch/crispy outside and chewy interior filled with lotus ? filling instead of the more common black bean fill. these are the standard for take out dim sum. I also tried a fried taro/meat dumpling. also warm - with a delicate crispy coating and rich taro meat filling. got the day off to a good start !

    I recently discovered that the same folks that run the two branches of TC Pastry have another store in San Francisco, Jook Time.
