Wild mushrooms

A friend shared with me about 1 C. of wild mushrooms. I threw a few in a crockpot with some wild game, rolled a few in panko and fried and still have a few left.

I don't have many left and don't want to waste them.

Ideas?

  1. sautee in butter.

    1. mushroom and cheese omelet

      1. risotto, duxelle, ravioli filling, veal marsala, stir fry.....

        1. Sherry rosemary sauteed mushrooms on the side of some meat dish or stuffed in something - I love them stuffed in pork and chicken or even a flank or skirt steak.
