A friend shared with me about 1 C. of wild mushrooms. I threw a few in a crockpot with some wild game, rolled a few in panko and fried and still have a few left.
I don't have many left and don't want to waste them.
Sherry rosemary sauteed mushrooms on the side of some meat dish or stuffed in something - I love them stuffed in pork and chicken or even a flank or skirt steak.
risotto, duxelle, ravioli filling, veal marsala, stir fry.....
mushroom and cheese omelet
sautee in butter.
