    The stories on the net about the okonomiyaki in kansai vs in Hiroshima was spreading with the announce of the guide in Hiroshima. And yes, gladly it is not a theme on okonomiyaki, they founded good ones it seems.. A 3 star ?!

      Nakashima is traditional nihonryouri.

      But it looks like some okonomiaki restaurants were recommended in the bib-gourmand category.

        Thx for the info, it seems the guide Hokkaido and Hiroshima are including stars restaurant, hotel, and bib ... I don't know if they are working in a similar version for Tokyo and Osaka.
