Fresh seafood anniversary dinner near Key Biscayne?

My girlfriend and I will be visiting Miami at the end of the month. We're both from Florida originally (me Miami Beach, her Ft. Lauderdale) and we're spending a night at the Ritz on Key Biscayne (fancy I know, but we have a great hook up). We visit often but never to the Key Biscayne area.

Question is, where to go for dinner? We get enough of Joe Stone Crab's when we visit once or twice a year, so that's crossed off the list. And I think we're doing Michael's Genuine on Friday night with some friends (and at that point we won't be staying on Key Biscayne any longer).

What are some good dinner options in the Key Biscayne/Brickell/Miami River areas (open to the beach or Gables too if it's really good)? Ideally something's an anniversary dinner. We'd love a place with fantastic fresh seafood. We favor great food over trendy ambiance, but a nice atmosphere is always a plus. Budget is preferably under $100/person (with drinks) but might be willing to budge that a bit higher if necessary.

Also looking for some lunch options in the Key Biscayne area...the fresher the seafood the better. Preferably somewhere with grilled or raw seafood over fried. Is My Ceviche any good for a quick snack or light lunch?

Edge Steak Bar serves very good seafood, Naoe is the best restaurant in miami (sushi) but is an ordeal and expensive but worth it. DB Bistro is also great but expensive.

My Ceviche is great on the beach, I assume the Brickell location is great too. Momi Ramen is awesome and is open 24hrs/day.

Heard great things about Naoe but probably out of my price range. I'll check out DB Bistro. Edge looks pretty good. Nice place? Good portion sizes?

Yes to both on Edge. Edge is in the Four Seasons, it is more than nice...

If you have a big appetite Naoe is out of your range -- the basic meal is $85pp but I think most people order extra sushi (which is where it goes up...).

Got a reservation at the River Oyster Bar. Been to Oceanaire and it's good but a little pricey for what you get. Haven't been to Rusty Pelican in years and I used to go for brunches. Do they do a good dinner too? Is it a nice enough place for an anniversary dinner?
