Can anyone tell me where to find the best-or at least good-kosher cheese blintzes for Shavuot in the NYC/NJ area?

Try the Golden Eagle Deli in Garfield, NJ. They have the BEST Eastern European/Polish food in the North Jersey area. Right of off Route 46.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I've waited too long to get to the Brooklyn or NYC places, but perhaps Garfield. Is that a kosher deli, or , if packaged, do the blintzes have a hechsher?
Zabars used to sell wonderful packaged blintzes from somewhere in NJ, maybe Clifton, but the last time I saw them, they had no hechsher.

Before you make a trip to Garfield, be aware that it looks like ACartelli stumbled on the kosher board threads. Based on his comment in the Fresh Fish thread I suspect he doesn't keep kosher and wasn't aware this is a kosher board. Looking at the website for Golden Eagle Deli, it's fairly clear it is in no way a kosher deli. http://goldeneagledelinj.com/index.ph...

Dear Avitrek-thanks for the heads up! I also saw the post about the shellfish, so realized it wasn't likely to be a kosher deli.
I guess I'm making my own blintzes!

I wish someone sold ONLY the blintz without the filling. That is the annoying part to make, the filling takes a few seconds to make and is cheap.
