Twice Baked Potatoes in Dallas

Having been a fan for many years of The Grapevine in College Station, I am forced to mourn their passing. To help ease the pain, I am looking for the best twice baked potatoes in Dallas and have not been successful. Any ideas on a place where I can find a really good twice-baked with a dinner salad? I am NOT looking for something that some chef has tried to fancy up with a lot of unneccesary ingredients. Just simple, tried and true. Thank you.

have you tried a time machine?

Seriously a twice baked potato might be a stretch. Don't know of too many places that might serve that.

The last time I remember having a twice baked was at Jasper's a number of years ago. But they were really fingerling potatoes with the filling piped.

That's why I'm asking...if it were easy to find, i wouldn't have to ask. Thanks.

I have been thinking about these lately. I ate them all the time in Louisiana...they are very popular as a side at seafood restaurants. I know this thread didn't get any responses ten years ago...can anyone tell me if any restaurants serve these in the metroplex? Thanks!
