Providence - Spring Chef's Menu: A Pictorial Essay

Verdict: Every course was beautifully conceived and executed. How this place doesn't have its third Michelin star is beyond me.     Well done as always.

    Who is the chef de cuisine these days? Is it still be Yu Min Lin, who garnered Michelin star some 3-4 years ago?

        Beautiful !

        I'm jealous ! My wife and I have been once, about 2 years ago to celebrate our anniversary and it was certainly one of the best meals we've ever had.

        Must go back.

          Reminder that they're also open for lunch on Fridays. I've had the tasting menu at lunch as well.

              Throughout the month of June, they offer a roll-back special. This year, it's $80 for their five-course tasting. It's not on their website, but I called the restaurant to make sure (& made reservations).

                heh. I love that the annual roll back corresponds to my birthday and anniversary month. =)

                  They just extended their anniversary pricing to the end of July.

                    We did it last week and it was WELL worth it. Looks like we'll get another in during July. Both food and service were top notch, including the best wine service in LA..
