Dining in Cinque Terre

We (a group of 6 adults) are visiting Monterosso for 3 nights at the end of May and are seeking suggestions for dining in the area. We plan to have two dinners and one lunch in Monterosso, and plan to explore the other villages for the two other lunches and one dinner. We will probably do one more upscale dinner and try to explore less touristy restaurants that are more reasonably priced for the rest of our meals, and we all love seafood.

For seafood lovers, Ristorante Miky in Monterosso should not disappoint. A wait for a table is probably inevitable even with a reservation but your patience will be duly rewarded when the food arrives! Not quite in the upscale bracket pricewise but not cheap either.

Belforte in Vernazza for the view and the food. Go when its still light out. Similarly, Billy's in Manarola for both a wonderful view and meal. Gambero Rosso in Vernazza is excellent and the staff is wonderful.
