Baba Gannouj - a surprisingly good choice in the Asheville Mall food court!

This is a great place if you ever find yourself stuck at the mall and hungry like I did yesterday. $7 got me a HUGE falafel burrito that rivals Gypsy Queen Cuisine's (in fact I may have even liked this more), a large side of freshly made hummus with delicious, warm pita and a drink. The meal easily could have served two people. They also have schwarma, gyros and sampler plates with tabbouli, dolmas and other Greek/Mediterranean classics. Everything was cooked to order and looked very fresh. I thought it was excellent!

  1. Thanks. I work in the general vicinity and, when Camille's was there, would often drive up on the parking deck and take the escalator down into the food court at lunchtime. I could be in and out of there in a few minutes with minimum mall exposure!

I miss Camille's Bangkok Thai Wrap a lot.

    1. Had lunch there today. Pretty yummy.
